Good to know
Common questions
What is a Google review link?
It is a direct URL that opens your Google review form in one click. Instead of asking customers to search for your business, scroll to the reviews, and find the write button, you hand them a single link that does all of it.
Do customers need a Google account to leave a review?
Yes. Google requires a signed in account to post a review. Most people are already signed in on their phone, so it rarely gets in the way.
My business does not show up. What now?
Make sure your Google Business Profile is claimed and verified. New or unverified listings can take time to appear in Google search.
Why not just send my Google Maps page?
A Maps link drops customers on your listing and leaves them to find the review button themselves. On a phone it often opens the Maps app instead. A direct review link skips all of that.
